"Great location for pre or post cruise. Walkable to or from cruise port area. Very nice suite with terrace that over looks the pool area and you can watch the container ships coming in and out. Port area is attached to a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. Staff was great! "
"It looks pretty from the outside but it’s all superficial. The rooms are typical basic Latam rooms. There were only two outlets in the room and none near the beds. "
"I booked the top grade rooms with king sized beds. Instead, we were given rooms with two double beds each.
No coffee maker nor kettle
Our room had a bath but no plugs in either the bath nor the sink
The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were all empty
The over bath shower water was cold.
The air conditioning was excellent in that the room was baltic but we were unable to turn it down and so were really cold.
A positive was that breakfast was both varied and plentiful and the staff were really lovely
Overall I expected more for a booking that was expensive"
"Very limited - only had 1 bath towel and no hand towel or wash cloth? Not real clean and a few bugs. Staff did not speak English so that was a challenge. Location did make it easy to walk to stuff. Ok for price"
"Was alone most of the time, only person running the restaurant was around. Good food. Not really good beach, hard rocks underfoot in water. Town doesn’t have much to say for itself. But if you want tropical quiet then this is the place."
" I will never stay at this place again. There was not even a fitted sheet for the bed. Toilet don’t flush. No lamps. It was like surviving on a deserted island. I live in San Carlos Panama. My friend was visiting from the United States and does not have a great impression after sleeping in a bed that sunk in. The lock on my room broke and when I left to go to neighboring businesses my personal belongings were left unsecured. The lock was fixed the night before our departure. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Money wasted. "
"The resort was outstanding. It exceeded expectations in every way. The service was the best we had in Panama. The cocktails were fun and the food was delicious and they have a vegan menu.
We stayed in a king room and it was very private, pristine and well appointed."
