"I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has such a beautiful, charming, and unique atmosphere, and I fell in love with the decoration and all the little details. The food was also absolutely amazing, everything I tried was delicious. But what truly made this place special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. "Hotel was good and staff great especialy Zeina. However the airport pick up was not a good welcome. I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust. Furthermore the 79 years old driver had no clue where your hotel was and i had to show him and all the road he was complaining about his health and the state of the country and his bad financial situation and i couldn't leave the taxi without doing something for him. In short guests accepting your rates and stay at your beautiful hotel will expect a better pick up standard and you should perhaps cancel the "normal" and provide only VIP airport pickup. Thanks."

"Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the services were good. The only suggestion I have is regarding the air conditioning in the hallways leading to the rooms. They can get very hot, so it would be much more comfortable if those areas were air-conditioned as well. Other than that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay."
