I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. "This is a wonderful place to stay in the Alpuharra. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and incredible views. The couple who runs it are sweet and kind and considerate. We had dinner and breakfast there which was delicious with all fresh local fare. The property has a nice pool overlooking the mountains. There is a 10 min trail down to the town which has good restaurants and lovely shops. Highly recommended! "

"The property is very basic, but clean. It is in a noisy location where there is a lot of noise from the street late at night. In the room you can hear every time someone else in the hotel flushes the toilet or walks around throughout the night, endless noise and we didn’t sleep very much. Having said all that, it was only £37 a night! What do you expect for that price. Overall it served a purpose for 1 night, but we would not return."

"Simple hotel on the edge of Orgiva. Recommend top floor rooms with a large terrace and a balcony to enjoy the view over the surrounding mountains. "Patrick and Christel were fantastic hosts. They have a beautiful property that they have lovingly restored with an obvious eye for detail and interior design. We only spent one night here but would have happily spent weeks. The house and rooms are relaxing and the pool and communal areas provide special views of the countryside, especially from the breakfast terrace. The breakfast provides lots of options and caters for all tastes. We would love to return again one day. "

"I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates were clean, the view was fantastic with the properties design and layout meaning everyone gets an external view (ours was of the mountains and the sunset was fantastic). The shower was very powerful and worked well, plus the bedroom was clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Our son used the sofa bed in the livingroom and slept well. We visited in August and it was hot, but because it was technically out of season, parking was free with lots of spaces and the area was relatively quiet. We reccomend taking the ski lift up to the top of the mountain for incredible views. We will be returning in winter and we will definitely attempt to rebook this location. It's all set up for skis and boards with external lockers that are lockable and the lockers are just outside your room, so nice, safe and in the warm."
