"Fantastic location, but disappointing in so many other ways. First of all there was no booking when we arrived and when it was eventually sorted it was made clear the management thought we had not paid enough through the booking agent we had used. We stayed for 7 nights and the room was never cleaned, not even once. There was a regular smell of sewage from the bathroom and the room was very tired. "The property is located quite far from the main road and I'll be honest, the access road isn't great. But that being said, once you get there, you don't want to leave. The rooms are big and very spacious. We booked the family triple room and it was huge and very comfortable. Pool was clean and inviting. You can use the kayaks at any time and go onto the lagoon.
