Qué incumplimiento el de hoteles.com!!

Terrible, llegamos y a pesar de estar confirmada nuestra reserva, no había habitación disponible por qué sobrevendieron, nos mandaron a otro sitio diferente no acordé a lo que habíamos reservado!

Vreselijke ervaring zaten aan onze spullen

Meest slechte ervaring ooit. We hadden voor 3 nachten geboekt. De laatste dag kwamen we terug om er nog 1 nacht te verblijven kwamen ze met het verhaal dat er iets ergs was gebeurd en dat de waterleiding was gesprongen. Ze hadden al onze spullen eruit moeten halen. En helaas er was geen plek meer in het hotel. We hadden gelukkig zelf de sleutel nog van de kamer en liepen naar onze kamer omdat we het wat een gek verhaal vonden. Dit wilden ze niet maar deden het toch. Wat bleek.... er zaten andere mensen op de kamer. Ze hadden het wellicht voor een langere tijd kunnen boeken en besloten om ons er gewoon maar met een smoes uit te zetten. Onze spullen lagen overal verdeelt in een soort ruimte waar iedereen kon komen. vreselijke ervaring!! De eigenaresse die ik wilde spreken gaf niet thuis en zei dat ze de rest van de dag en de avond in een zogenaamde meeting zat. Dit hotel is niet te vertrouwen. Advies: GA HIER NIET HEEN. Wel een ongewone ervaring omdat we voor de andere verblijven zo’n goede ervaring hebben

Muy buena atención de todo el personal, especialmente Alex y Jenny, solo hay mucho ruido en las mañanas en la cocina y hacen que uno despierte desde temprano.

Ótimo atendimento. Desde a gerente Angélica até a camareira, incluindo os atendentes. Muito próximo do aeroporto. Zona tranquila, mas sem muitas opções de cafés ou restaurantes próximos. Todavia, existe um café vizinho de excelente qualidade com comidas e almoço.
