"great location, clean rooms, nice breakfast"

"Sehr schöne Lage im grünen. Herrschaftliches Haus mit Umschwung. Schöne, große Zimmer. Die Jacuzzi Funktion war außer Betrieb… Schade. Frühstück war unter meinen Erwartungen: keine frische Brötchen oder Croissant, kein Obst,… Es wirkte alles nicht gepflegt. Das personal war oft auf der terrasse am rauchen und die Aschenbecher wurden nicht geleert."

"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. "J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner.
