"I recently stayed at Quality Inn Gateway and wanted to share an honest review. The hotel itself is okay and kind of old hotel, but it fell short in some key areas. First, the shuttle service is very unreliable. Do not rely on it if you are on a tight schedule, as I ended up standing up over an hour almost two hours waiting the shuttle to pick me up at the pick up zone island 3 red, plus the driver couldn't speak English, he didn't check me while I was waiting the shuttle, the shuttle missed me a few times and didn't want to do much, so I complaint to the hotel manager about the situation and the manager upgraded my room to a bigger room which was I'm grateful. Second, the gym equipment is in poor condition and hasn't been properly maintained. Most of the machines are either broken, squeaky, or simply don't work (specifically the treadmill and the stationary bike). It seems like the equipment is very old. If you are staying here for leisure and don't plan to use the gym or shuttle, it might be fine, but for the price, I expected working amenities."

Having stayed here once before, I was pleased to find that the service and quality remain outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the hotel shuttle: Fred, John and other drivers service was punctual and the driver was professional and helpful and they speak English and knowledge. The front desk staff: Fernando and Sally made the check-in process seamless and welcoming, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the entire property. The housekeeping team does an incredible job. The room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym equipments, mini store behind the front office and compliment hot tea/coffee etc. I have already recommended Hampton Inn Gateway to my colleagues, and I will definitely be returning for my next trip to the area. "My room was adequate but I could tell that deodorizer had been used to mask over odors and smoke. The paint jobs throughout were pretty marginal, you can tell that electrical outlet plates hadn't been removed to paint walls. Stuff like that gave it a cheap feeling. Breakfast was pretty good."
