"The front desk clerk was very welcoming. The room was nice and near the pool which was a plus. Although the clerk provided us a map, it was difficult to determine entry into the hotel rooms as the 2nd level of our room was only available on one side of the building. We had to figure it out on our own. Room was spacious and comfy. The only thing was they had signs saying their restaurant was closed. I do recommend staying here if you come to visit Kerrville."
