These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was ordinary. Pool clean - service very good. Room very noisy - day and night because of the outside traffic. The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert."

"This riad/hotel is everything you could want in a stay. The host was incredibly helpful and especially accommodating for a solo traveler, which I really appreciated. It’s located within the walls of the ancient medina. It can be a bit tricky to find at first—you go up some steps through an archway, and it’s on the left—but that just adds to the charm. My room was very clean, with air conditioning and a strong, consistent flow of hot water—both big pluses. Breakfast was fantastic: fresh-squeezed orange juice, bread with butter and apricot jam, an omelette, and coffee. A great way to start the day. The location is central, making it easy to explore Tétouan. Compared to Marrakech, the city feels like a breath of fresh air—calmer and more relaxed, both day and night. The beach is also easy to reach by shared grand taxi, costing around $0.70 USD. If you’re traveling solo or just looking for a comfortable, authentic stay, I highly recommend this place when visiting Tétouan."

"The hotel is very clean and nice however there were construction activities in the hotel in which they should reduce their prices accordingly the construction start very early in the morning and blocks the beach access, the kids club is nice but there is no activities so you must stay with the kids!! The location of the hotel is nice quite, value for money is medium comparing to other countries I visited. However in Morocco it is little on the high end."
