Die Pool Leitern sind lose, kurz vorm abreißen, die Umrandung ist komplett von drunter gerissen, der Bereich der Liegen ist mehrfach gerissen, Das Gebäude der Apartments ist ebenfalls von vielen Rissen versehen.
