"The hotel is not finish. The rooms was not even ready with all the sofa inside. The first day men came in and out the door to fix things. It seems to me they were desperate to open before it was not even ready to open. It was still concrete dust on the floor.
Anyway, the Staff in restaurant was really nice.

"Wonderful hotel, excellent service, starbucks included in the all inclusuve. Excellent food. Only negative is the beach which is pebble, not sand and there are many steps to get there. There is a public elevator, but not working when ws were there. Otherwise super. I woild defeinately stay again."
"Beautiful resort, clean and spacious. Food was excellent, services were outstanding, right on the beach. Shows were beautiful, polls were clean and never crowded. Very family friendly, waterpark was excellent for kids. We plan to go back and to recommend this resort to anybody, especially families. "
