"The restaurants (both bar and regular) were both terrible yet rather expensive considering the poor quality of the food. The room was rather dirty, the air conditioning did not work and had to be fixed, and I killed bugs in the bathroom. It was very loud at night and I did not sleep well. The shuttle drivers were not friendly and would not help with luggage. It was not cheap plus they did not include breakfast, which probably was not good either. We just checked out early and went to the airport. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend it."

"Very nice hôtel with good prices. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice and quality. The view from the rooftop is superb but the cocktail are highly overprized (with 2/3rd) being Ice. "

"Room was not clean, ants and snails everywhere. No bat mat, no bathroom tissues. Check in was not easy, staffs are always busy on their phones. We got room in the end side and when we asked about help with luggage they said nothing they can do, check with security. Security guards are very helpful compared to reception staff. Wifi is a big joke, only works if we have luck"

"Overall, my stay at the property was great. First the good things, the location is good close to most of the major attractions. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in the room. also one other thing I was on the sixth floor and there was some loud noise above my room all night long. I don’t know what it was. It did not prevent me from sleeping much, but perhaps that should be looked at. "

"I'm happy to take the time to write this review, they deserve it. The location makes getting to the airport terminal quick and easy. 20 yards outside the hotel lobby is an elevator leading to the enclosed walkway to the the main entrance of the airport. It's an easy walk of only 10 minutes, and smooth surfaces for rolling your luggage. Shuttles and taxis are also easily accessible, if you want to leave the airport grounds. The staff is first class, and willing to assist in whatever you need. I especially like that they have a secure room for luggage storage while waiting for your room availability. And there is no extra charge for this service. We stayed on the Executive floor. It was quiet and the room was large and comfortable. They gave us room 5050 which was handicap friendly. My wife broke her leg on the last day of our trip, and needed the special accommodations. The hotel staff was quick to offer us the use of a wheelchair, and made sure we were comfortable. The lobby is huge and offers several seating options. Weather you're alone, or in a large group, there are several areas in the lobby to escape to. They also offer a very well stocked bar, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of Italian and American food options. Another very refreshing perk was that the entire staff spoke English. That makes the stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone using the Rome airport, for the night before your flight."
