"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"The staff were very responsive when the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning properly. They were very attentive to our needs and moved our belongings to another room that was much more comfortable. This attention to detail was greatly appreciative and we would definitely stay here again. Lastly, the metro is very close which makes transferring to other areas very easy."

"This was a very comfortable hotel for me as a solo traveller. I found the staff always helpful. The breakfast was fresh and well supplied and i was able to linger there until 11am. Directly across from the Milano railway station, though google maps sent me on a neighbourhood walk. The bar in the evening was very quiet, but the staff were gracious and efficient. Great for that nightcap that rounds out your evening. Very handy to the Metro, staff were helpful, everywhere. I didnt have a kettle etc in my room, then I found the notice that I could call reception and they would deliver it. They did. Room refrigerator compact but worked well. I was hot in my room, i took the duvet cover off and used the cover for a sheet. I also turned down the air con, set ridiculously low..artic feels.. Would recommend to anyone who could afford this style of accommodation."

"The room was immaculate and the air conditioning worked well. I reserved a junior suite and it was even larger than I expected. I would come back to this property. There was a bar, but it never was staffed when I walked by. It was fine as all you had to do was walk out the door and you could sit at many outside cafes for coffee or drink. There was a very good convienence store a block away for drinks, snacks and what ever I needed. Also several good options for a nearby dinner"

"Great hotel so conveniently located near the Stazione Centrale. Can easily walk to the station with bags no problem. Also right on the tram line. GREAT shopping inside the Stazione. Walkable to amazing restaurants. Hotel itself was very nice. Despite having to lug your bags up 3 steps in lobby they have an elevator to get to the other levels. Rooms are simple but nice. AC worked great. Shower was modern. And fridge houses FREE non alcoholic drinks which was a welcomed treat! Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, many items to choose from. Staff very attentive. Would stay there again!"
