"Pros…The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable and the surface parking was nice and convenient. Cons… The breakfast was a bit less than what I expected for a full breakfast. No meat but a step up from a continental one. I would advise anyone that is coming for a nice relaxing room check before you book to see if there are kids sport teams that will be lodging there. Kids literally ran in the halls for 2 hours straight on my floor and the floor above. I called the front desk after 10 minutes in but either they didn’t come check or didn’t care. Found out while checking in if you book from a 3rd party even if you prepay they still require a deposit fee which I must have missed that when I booked online. Would I stay here again?? Not if there are kids sports teams staying."

"Breakfast menu incomplete. The cinnamon rolls were gone and they had no more. No yogurt. The room was also incomplete. A king room with only a bed - one whole side of the room was empty. Three rooms they tried to give us were incomplete - boxes of materials of some kind were stacked in the rooms. We were given three separate rooms before finding a fourth. When we complained about the breakfast we were told they had a wedding and a soccer tournament. Never once said, we are sorry we did not plan better. These two events were certainly not surprises. The did give me some extra points but not many."

"Only stay here if you are passing through. This is a low quality hotel. The breakfast is awful. The highway noise is not great. The hotel is super old. Shower looks terrible and the vents never seen a cleaning. Again, stay to sleep but longer than that and it's dreadful."
