"AC did not function well enough to keep room cool enough to get a decent night of sleep...half my family couldn't sleep well because of it. Also only 1 person at check-in behind the desk on a Saturday night led to 20+ minute check-in."

"Staff was not helpful. I asked for 3 robes for our room that was booked for 4 people because there was only 1 robe. I was told it was only 1 robe per room regardless of how many people were there. Amenities are not up to date. Tv is not a smart one. No apps and channels very limited. Room air wasn’t working had to call maintenance at midnight to fix it. Bath was chipping away paint."

"We found this little gem last minute on memorial weekend. They had one rook left, and we were coming over for a basketball tournament so I booked it immediately. Such a cool, fun spot! It’s like a time warp into the 50s. So many coo amenities right on their own private beach. We loved the character and charm, my only complaint is that I didn’t book more nights to really enjoy it while we weren’t stuck at the gym. I hope to come back and already talked about having our entire family come."

"Went to the restaurants for a prime rib. The worst prime rib I’ve ever seen. Thinly sliced with a lot of fat and looked like they cooked it on a flat top grill burnt on the edges. Well done in the middle with the fat burned. It was supposed to be medium rare. I sent it back and ordered another dish. Did not eat at the facility anymore. Went across the street to the Golden Nugget the food was excellent. The place was definitely five stars at the Golden Nugget. The room did not even have Ubs cords to charge the phones in the casino. There was tape holding together splits in the carpet. The place was very empty. The nugget had a lot of people and this food was rather well. Won’t be staying at Bally‘s ever again."
