"The staff were pretty unhelpful and not very welcoming. No one had mentioned anything about the WiFi access code when we checked in (yes, it was written on the card but not everyone read it) and combined with the unwelcome attitude of the front desk, the experience was just not good. Especially if you compare this property with the Comfort Inn next door where the staff were a lot nicer and you get complimentary breakfast, this property is just not worth the money because now you’re essentially paying the premium for the Holiday Inn brand but nothing else."

"We recently stayed at The Cody Hotel and it was amazing. The property is located close to the East entrance and the drive is beautiful. The hotel itself is great, the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Definitely would recommend and would stay there again for any future Yellowstone trips."

"This place is wonderful. Parking is right in front of most rooms. Each room has a front porch to sit and relax on. Not the best continental breakfast we've had but it was adequate."
