All the staff were attentive and welcoming which really made our stay. The look and feel of the hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Nothing ever seemed an inconvenience. The plunge pool, spa and sauna were lovely and the outdoor courtyard and seating were lovely to relax in the afternoon sun. Location is great, you can get to all the sites and trams within a 5-10 minute walk."
