"So the overall stay was great, but the cleaning crew needs to be more professional so we had stepped out for a bit and when we returned to enter our room one of the cleaning staff felt that it was okay to utilize our charger to charge her phone while she cleaned between two rooms. Secondly on a different day the cleaning staff can by and I ask her to come back because my kids were still trying to get up and showered, so upon her return my 5 year old daughter was watching tv and she says oh you can’t be in the room when I clean, I’m like seriously so we stepped out, upon arriving back to the room which she was done with by the way, she got an attitude because my kids and I came back inside so she left. Then on another day the cleaning staff came in and cleaned the bathroom and pulled the trash but didn’t make the beds, on and they acted as if giving us enough towels was a problem there were four people in the room with only two face towels so we continued to ask and it would seem to stick but throughout our stay having towels became an issue. Oh, and yes they do serve breakfast but it’s not anything you’d think it just cereal, bagels, toast, apple/orange juice and coffee nothing fancy just convenient I guess."

"Originally I was put in a room that haven't been remodeled since the 80s. The room was on the third floor and it was horrible. My sister had a room on the fourth floor which was worst than my room. Once I complained, I was moved the next day to the 11th floor where the rooms are being renovated. Those rooms were alot better. Also the customer service representative at the front desk was rude, I believe her name was Sabina or something. She was a middle aged W/F. If you stay at this hotel be sure to ask for a renovated room. The pictures on the website are deceiving."

"Had an issue with my first room, had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. Issue was taken care of, but other than that it was a good stay"

"Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, we liked our room. Just wish they had let us know somehow that their pool was down… we booked the room as a birthday surprise for a kiddo that loves to swim. The hotel next door let us use theirs but it was ice cold. So the swim plan failed "

"The property was tucked away which I liked it was clean the staff were friendly and professional, they also had complimentary breakfast,,, there was a mishap with my extension that had all my things thrown away, 😔 disappointed about that but, the head of house keeping personally looked for and found almost all of my items, so in the end it all worked out."

"The room I had was very nice. Upon checkin I was greated by the staff and assisted greatly. I needed a late checkout and asked a member the night before and he stated No immediately. I called the next morning and spoke to different person and was told that I could for 1 hour at no charge and then it seemed every half hour was $25. In that case after 1 hour I could have just paid for an additional day. "

"Stayed for 3 nights, bedsheets and towels should be replaced every day or every 2 days at least."
