"We booked a room with an accessible bathroom for two nights. There was no shower curtain when we arrived and we were told that ours was sent out for cleaning. Same story the second night and only offered us extra bath rugs to help sop up the excess water from the bathroom floor. They did not offer to allow us to shower in the hotel spa, but agreed only after we asked. There were hundreds of dead bugs on the window sill, which the housekeeper came up to remove. In the middle of the room there was a hole in the carpet. This was a very expensive hotel and spa that fell far below expectations and not worth the cost in our opinion."

"Didn't use the Bar, but staff were helpful and friendly. Suited our needs to stay in Shrewsbury, a lovely town to explore. Parking which needs to apt for a few minutes walk downhill near the river. No parking at the accommodation. "
