Staff was hands down the most kind we encountered! Very helpful and willing to answer questions. Rooms were well equipped and breakfast was included. This place was amazing. 5 min walk to trains and staff gave you a city pass to utilize during your stay. Room was cozy and clean. Loved the meringue cookies in the room! Great location.

The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel is located in a scenic town with a lot of history. However, the room was terrible. The smallest i’ve ever stayed at. There’s no air conditioning, and even though we were still in May, the room was quite warm and « stuffy » to a point where we were sweating profusely. There’s a fan in the room, but it makes a lot of noise when turned on and you can’t sleep. There are two windows but you have to keep them closed because that area is full of insects. Lastly, breakfast was mid, no variety. Overall, the stay was a 4/10 only made better by the lovely staff working there.

Top Unterkunft, wunderschön modernisiert, super zentral mit ÖV Anschluss, Skibus vor der Haustür und in wenigen Min. bei der Luftseilbahn, tolles Restaurant (Pizzeria u.v.a.) zum Hotel....leckeres Frühstückbuffet, toller Service, rundum zufrieden, wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Die Besitzerin ist super nett und hat und herzlich begrüsst. Die Zimmer waren neu und sauber. Das Restaurant ist toll und das Essen sehr gut.

We arrived after flying from the US and riding on the train for 3 hours. Our luggage didn't make our connecting flight. The owner of the hotel was so very sweet. She felt badly that we didn't have our luggage and upgraded us to a room with a balcony. We loved our room and the staff at the hotel. Breakfast was good with many choices. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant so I can't speak to the food besides breakfast. Would definitely stay here again! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us out with our luggage situation.
