This is our second time here and the breakfast balcony view of the birds of the Middle Atlas is one of the best nature experiences you can get in Morocco. Very excellent staff in a very underrated city. Khenifra is a great spot if you don't want the craziness of Marakkech or Fes. We all slept great here and highly recommend it."

"The hotel manager was very helpful, collected us from Merzouga and drove us back and forth to the MaMa Africa music festival. (We travel by bus not car). The staff were keen to help and i was able to have several large pot of Lipton (black tea) with milk......bliss. The food seemed good although we didn’t have a main meal as we ate mainly in Merzouga. The pool was wonderful and wine was available at a good price."

"According to locals this used to be very good, since Covid it has falling in disrepair. We checking in at night to a dark lobby only reception had light. Our room was moldy around the air conditioner and sink which was also filthy. The toilet seat was not attached and toilet dirty. We didn’t stay and didn’t receive our deposit back. "
