"Never get to stay. Book hotel for Luang Prabang. Was charged and paid for. However, later learned the hotel did not exist and still in construction . The website was misleading. Expedia/Hotels.con should have vetted Coconut Hotel Luang Prabang. Causing lots of inconvenience. Ended up staying at My Ban Lao in Luang Prabang instead. A bluer nice and upper class hotel. We loved the hotel. Found there is a Coconut Hotel in Vientiane. Staff was nice and is helping out getting refund. ...

They were in need of a good clean. The rooms were very small and dark although it was very quiet and the beds were comfy. "
