"The room was small , the staff was not the friendliest. I was kicked out because kandi Said i not clean enough. Now she work the front desk She did not clean my room Actually i got clean towels daily took my iwn trash out. I never botheres anyone They als ate more expensive then other hotel around I travel alot and i will never stay in motel again . I also got these bites on me and i went found out they were from bed bugs So i wouldn't recommend this motel 6 ever "

"Awesome find for a great price. The hotel is a big circle so the rooms are shaped like slices of pie, which was fun and unique. I recommend staying on the floors below the top couple floors. The building is certainly old and our top floor room still seemed to have the slightest hint of cigarette smell from days long past (an unfortunate feature lingering in many buildings of a certain age) but the cleanliness and obvious effort put into modernizing the place made up for it. Breakfast was fantastic and we were very comfortable during our stay. The area is awesome and right next to the Snake River and green belt, which we happily explored during our visit. We will definitely come back if ever in Idaho Falls again. "

"We had car trouble late in the day and had to unexpectedly book the only available room-the wheel chair accessible room. Unfortunately, this room was located closest to the lobby and also shared a wall with their gym space where the weights and work out equipment and laundry facilities were. Noise was a serious issue! We were woken up at around 10:00 p.m. by someone working out (dropping the heavy weights on the ground). It sounded like someone repeatedly dropping a bowling ball on a wooden floor. This went on for at least a 1/2 an hour. The next morning I told the front desk what happened and encouraged them to consider closing the gym area at 9:00 p.m. so as not to disrupt future guests located nearby, in addition to mentioning this room’s shared wall with the gym on the room description (which it currently doesn’t). They promised a manager would call me back by 11:00 to discuss this issue-which never happened. In closing, we would not stay here again. It was not worth the $170 we paid. "

"Checking in was challenging because we got there at 9 pm and there was a line of people waiting to try use this virtual check in machine. It was hard to use and very loud, so everyone waiting could hear whatever was being discussed. A couple people left simply because they didn’t want to have to use the virtual check in machine that was being run by someone in another country and who was a little hard to understand. The lady didn’t know why we would want two keys even though that is usually standard for most hotels. Besides the check in process, we were disappointed that the water in the shower never got hot, and there was a distinct smell of weed coming into the building the first night. In a positive note it seems to have new paint and flooring which is nice. "
