"The room was clean and the staff very friendly and courteous."

"We were able to check in a little early as I have younger children with me and the long drive has made them very tired. The front desk was very understanding and very accommodating as well. We have 2 queen beds and a pull out couch . Very spacious room , the was very clean and the perfect temperature. The staff have been so kind , professional and understanding. Breakfast was fantastic the kids enjoyed the pancake machine , Mary was very helpful and just a joy to have , she helped the kids with the pancakes and even fetch us gluten free muffins. We are so grateful that she works there , the kids looked forward to seeing her the next morning. There was ample parking when we got but as we went out for dinner and came back the lot was full and had a hard time finding a spot. Understandly it was a Friday night and there was a birthday party in the event room and the same situation for Saturday night but that's understandable. Overall we had a clean room , friendly staff and a memorable trip for the kids . Will definitely be staying there again ."

"I felt like the Hotel was lovely. The Casino was great fun and they had fantastic band that played for free. I did find a pill on the floor in my room from a previous guest so that’s not good. The casino has plenty machines. The odds of losing are 100%. The pay out is terrible even at max bet. The wins are far and few between. It was fun overall. Food is not great, but I really think that is common for Ottawa."
