I LIKED THE BOTTLE OF FILTERED WATER IN THE ROOM WHICH WE COULD REFILL WE WERE UNABLE TO ACCES THE TV & ASKED ABOUT IT AT RECEPTION BUT THIS WAS NOT RECTIFIED DURING OUR STAY

We chose this hotel because of the location but we were also impressed by the helpful staff and the coffee room with the reading matter freely available. We will stay again next time we visit Melbourne.

The apartment was great. No issues with accommodation. The car park was difficult to get in and out of, especially with a bigger car. Times of carpark access weren't explained properly at check in so it took us a day to find the interior door.

Had a great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful.I needed to check in just after 0700 so booked to stay the night before. My room was ready when I got to the hotel with no issues and was so quiet I could get a couple hours daytime sleep. It’s an older property which is the only reason I rated it 4 for property condition. Excellent location for transport and getting groceries as needed. Id definitely stay again.

Lovely overnight stay for a gig, Ever so convenient being next to Southern Cross Station, Skybus drop off and trams/ trains/ buses. In the CBD, yet still quiet and relaxing to sleep- efficient, and friendly.

Took family of 5 for a week long holidays. Boutique hotel which was very quiet, hotel staff so friendly, very convenient location to trains, trams and walking on foot. coffee / cold water all day long. Excellent overall.

A really great little hotel in Bourke St Melbourne only 150 metres from the Spencer Street Station and the Skybus Terminal. Free inner city tram service outside the front door.

Towels and bed sheets unattended second night. Dirty stain on blind, walls and carpet (room 208). Gnats in the bathroom on our first night. The concierge staff were friendly and top. Unlikely to stay here again.

To offer some explanation, I would assume that the window to your room was opened during the housekeeping routine so that we would have fresh air let into the room. We will also relay this feedback onto housekeeping team to make sure that the standards that our guests expect are reached!Again, I apologise for unpleasant state of room, but are very glad that our staff was the highlight of your stay with us :)

I loved the coffee machine and apples and the lolly bar, and the bed was SUPER comfy. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely will be returning.

#308 - adjoining room/door. Occupants (many) in room next door making noise (loud voices). We did not contact reception to make a complaint as Reception was closed when we returned to the hotel (apparently meal break for staff) had a sign (clock) on door indicating back at 8 o’clock - misleading as we assumed it was for 8AM next morning.

Very clean rooms
Excellent service, very clean rooms and central location. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. Nice comfortable bed with crisp clean linens and nice quality pillows. Block out blinds and the windows are double glazed so the room in nice and quiet. Functional little kitchenette, equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, basic crockery & cutlery and nice matching glassware. The bathroom is very clean. Good sized shower recess, with really good shower pressure and again very clean. Environmentally friendly large toiletries. Bathroom has great ventilation and good lighting to put your make up on, loads of spaces to hang your towels. The hotel is in a fabulous location – great for walkers or there is a tram stop right out the door to your right. You can walk from Spencer Street station to the Alto, you literally walk across the street. Walking distance to city centre, casino, bars & restaurants, convenience stores, DFO etc
