Fit for purpose.

Delightful lady greeted me late at night when I arrived. Was nice to know thre was 24/7 reception service. The service and place exceeded my expectations for what I was in need of - safe place to stay for a few hours. Great price, location, and a spacious room.

Very happy with my stay in this hotel. The only downside was being a Sunday night there was very little options close by for dinner and breakfast was only available after 7.30 which was not an option for us as we had to be left by 7.30. But overall was happy with our stay

The Comfort Hotel lived up to its name. It gave us the convenience of easy walking distance to the MCG we were attending a function there. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted - Independence, comfy beds, good bathroom & shower, easy access, close to facilities & public transport, staff were helpful and polite. Had a great couple of days, could not wish for more. Very satisfied.

Great people worst shower ever.

Lovely employees who were very helpful at all times. The issue was the bathroom. For some reason the floor of the shower was 40 cm above floor level which means you needed to climb in and out. This was made more difficult by the placement of the sink next to the door which meant the door only opened one third of the way. This makes the shower unsuitable for larger people, especially those who are not flexible. It was a shame as everyone was wonderful.

Loved the location, easy walk to the MCG! This Hotel needs major updating. I feel the cleaners did the best they could with what they had to work with, which is old. Beds were comfortable and staff were helpfull, but those were its only redeeming features - youre paying for location in relation to the MCG.

Easy on site parking. Quick and easy checkin/checkout. Nice revamped new bathrooms, shower good. Nice kitchenette even though we didnt use it. Heater was old and didnt work very well on cold night we were there. No facewasher or handtowels provided, just towel each.

Arrived at reception, female tells me not received any booking and has no room. I attempt to show her my emails and receipts for payment. She wouldn't look at me. Evenrually she said you need to phone Agoda sometime they no good. We had driven 2 and half hrs . I ask her for help, she wouldnt look at me, then kept ignoring me.

Ok for a one night stay, chose here due to proximity to the arena. 24 hour reception and front door to hotel propped open felt a bit unsafe to me, lots of doors slamming and people talking at all hours of the night. I didn’t read reviews and note now other people commented the same thing. However my room was clean, bed spotless, good towels, clean (albeit older) bathroom. Yes it’s an older place to stay, but for its price it’s acceptable. Not sure I would stay here again though. Always read reviews!
