Rooms were clean, spacious for the two of us and very, very quiet. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We opted for off street parking and the car park is tight for space. Overall a good experience.

Really handy smoking area in what was an 'upgrade' to the Hotel location as opposed to Como. Staff were professional, yet at the safe time relaxed and happy

This accommodation was handy to the venue wkere we were attending an event. The parking, although extra, was convenient. The room had no TV, the toilet roll holder was barely hanging on the wall. The outside area was littered with cigarette butts.

We were placed in the main Crest building. rather than the Como Court building. which was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

This property is actually crisis accomodation and Crest are not permitted to use it as a hotel room. The room we had was full of bedbugs and my husband is badly bitten It has been reported to council NEVER EVER agree to stay here, there is nothing good about this property and sad to think people in crisis are made to stay here
