DON'T DEAL WITH CORPORATE KEYS

One day before we arrived we were informed that our room would not be available due to a hot water issue. We later found out (from one of their staff) that the room was double booked. So they had lied to us. They moved us down the road to one of their other Corporate keys hotels. They said it was like for like. That was far from the truth. The main bedroom was that hot that it was unbearable. After several complaints and several hours we were provided with fans (really noisy ones). I ended up sleeping on the couch as the bedroom was like a sauna even with the noisy fan which was provided. A check in that normally would take 10 minutes took over 4 hours from start to finish. I paid for the carpark but they forgot to bring the keys. I had to leave my car outside and keep putting money in the machines which cost me another $15 of car parking fees (which was never reimbursed). When they provided me with the car parking spot, they provided me with the incorrect spot as it belonged to a permanent resident. It took another hour to get this rectified. I will never use Corporate keys again.

Good position

The towels were totally worn out and only one towel for 4 days is a bit stingy! One very small soap for 4 days to share between basin & shower, stingy! One toilet roll, 1 dishwasher saptual, all a bit stingy! No milk frothier with coffee machine!
