The overall place was good. Space was very good I would say it needs a refresh of paint. A few little repairs like the wardrobe door. Enjoyed our stay for our visit. The shops were close by. I will recommend Hawthorn Gardens.

The property requires maintenance and cleaning. We found cobwebs on the door frame prior to entering the room. The internal and external of the building requires painting. There were stains on the carpet. The shower was small/restrictive. The surrounding area required gardening, the grounds hadn’t been cleaned for quite sometime.

The online photos misrepresent the age and condition of the property, which is quite old and poorly maintained. The amenities and cleanliness are average, and the rate charged is to far too expensive for this standard of accommodation

Very good location & easy to find. Staff friendly. Rooms were reasonably clean, but there were signs of mould in the bathroom & laundry area & cobwebs in the corners, skirting boards in the toilet coming off the wall. The place would benefit with a major renovation. Very dated.

This is the worst property that i have ever stayed in. It was putrid. It needs to be closed down. Windows were broken. Taps broken. Toilet roll holder broken. Ants in 3 of the rooms. Absolutely disgraceful

The parking was great, as was the size of the apartment - it was huge! Had everything : oven, cooktop, microwave, washing machine, dryer, toaster, iron etc. Bed was very comfortable. Only 5 minutes drive to Cabrini Hospital. The let down was that it was a bit shabby and tired. Needed some TLC. The garden area also needed attention- even mowing the grass would have made a difference . Didn’t really matter to me, but it might to others.
