Hi Susan, You booked an apartment, not a hotel, and immediately began requesting a room with views facing a specific direction and that it "better be good." We messaged you on several occasions, continuing to explain that it is only one apartment, to which we heard no response. The listing clearly states and outlines this. Our check-in assistant witnessed you yelling at your Uber driver as you arrived at the complex. Also, while driving to the apartment, you called our staff and yelled at them then too, because you had gone to the wrong address (45 min in the wrong direction). Keeping in mind, you were 90 minutes late to your scheduled check-in. No one has ever treated us and our staff this way. We have gone way above and beyond to make you happy for the duration of your stay and will accept that you are a customer that can not be pleased by anyone.
