Parking and check in were ok. The room i got, was on the road side of the building. It was lit up all night by an orange light from outside the room. There was also a lot of traffic including trucks passing by overnight. I probably managed to sleep 1 or 2 hours.... :-(

Basic, value for money.

You get what you pay for: a basic hotel room in an industrial area of Melbourne, with limited service, for a low price (so still rather good value for money). Not so happy with the gaming hub (betting is about the only addiction that is actively stimulated in Australian society). Close to the airport so good for that overnight stay before or after your flight.

This hotel was good, however the staff failed to inform me of some vital info. I had to navigate the site alone. they did not inform me that the door I entered from on my arrival would be inaccessible after 10pm, and that there were other doors that would be accessible. One thing I did not like was the way the hot water in the shower was so unpredictable. I would adjust it and 2 min later it was cold then after 2 min it would be so hot. This made it difficult and frustrating to enjoy a shower after a hard days work.

A hidden great value gem

What a surprise, very warm welcome from Melissa and the rooms are great. Quiet, spacious, modern and well equipped. The welcome drink and discounted bistro was a nice touch too. Exceeded all expectations and amazing value. Will be staying here again when next in the area.
