Love the location with handy tram stop right out the front & close to supermarket. The only thing I would like to see changed is to put a doona on the bed instead of a thin blanket for more comfort, plus a face washer would be nice too. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Great location, family freidnly apartment!

Apartment is right next to tram stop, great location and easy to travel to the CBD without driving. The view from apartment is amazing, especially sunset! The apartment is a bit dated, but acceptable for short trip.

Check in was quick and easy, directions to the apartment were clear. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Only issue was the balcony door was unlocked with no key to lock it - luckily I wasn’t on the ground floor otherwise I would have felt uncomfortable. Great location for the Marvel Stadium and I could walk into the CBD or use the tram which stops right outside.

This is a review of this particular apartment, I am not sure of the standard of others When booking with hotels.com, I didn’t realise it was privately owned, if it was stated on listing it was not clear. Provided pillows very thin and pillow protectors yellowing, bed was not made professionally, tv in bedroom not working, dishwasher smelt and the racks broken, finishes on bottom of cupboards peeling and cracked. Had issues with fob/s, whether they weren’t coded properly? Amenities of actual building good, parking onsite good but very tight and held up coming and going due to construction next door, would be horrible when busy but luckily fairly empty. Check in was fine and thorough. Had laundry (washer and drier) also good Location pretty good, tram stop at door, restaurants and Woolworths within short walk.

Weekend in the City.

Property was as described with great views over the river and marina opposite. The Free City Tram leaves from outside the building, Woolworths is a very short walk and there are a number of restaurants and take aways in walking distance.

The 1st unit we were given was not suitable but Orange Stay found another unit for us very quickly. The 2nd unit was well laid out, had a bigger balcony and a comfortable couch. The washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances were tricky to operate and some instructions would've helped. The master bed mattress felt well used and there were some stains on the carpet.The ensuite bathroom had also had a lingering odour but we couldn't identify its source.

Good position at the end of the inner city tram which was right at the door. Lifts were fast and comfortable. Parking was an additional $20 a day but good location close to the lifts. Furniture a bit old and stained and fridge was so loud we turned it off at night.
