What a great place to stay. Cool candy bar by the elevator! All the staff were happy and informative! So nice to see. The complimentary wine was amazing. The downtown location was perfect for access to all things Melbourne. We loved it so much that we stayed here twice during our visit to Australia.

Ovolo properties are always fantastic to stay at and this one is no exception. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. I love the little touches like free mini bar and snacks - it's a little thing that just makes all the difference. Hotel is also really close by to some wonderful restaurants.

Very Friendly Staff

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room corridors had a musty/mildew smell. Bed was a double even though we’d booked a queen. Parking lot was a fair walk and the breakfast was in a cafe across the road (using a prepaid voucher system). Food was nice and coffee was very good.

I was disappointed because the room looked different from website and also they didn’t give us free bottle of wine per stay as VIP hotel and some truck makes noise at 5am in the morning was quiet loud. So I don’t think I will stay choose this hotel again. Only good things is staff was lovely and location was very convenient.
