Disappointed

Upon arrival at the property we had to wait ebentually after calling hotels.com we gained access to our room which only had towels for one person the booking was for six and was told they would bring sheets up for the sofa bed. We were told towels would be brought up. When they were they were only bath mat size and not appropriate for use, finally received towels the second night which were very thin. Opened the microwave and quickly closed it and wouldn't use it. Under the bed in the second bedroom needed a good vacuum. Very disappointed as I had organised this as Christmas weekend for my family. Will not be staying again.
