Good location for a two night stay - easy walk to restaurants and shopping. And with only a short walk from major tram route it was easily accessible. A Chinese Museum is next door and although we didn't visit it looked impressive from the entrance. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable although television only has limited stations. Bed very comfortable. Our room had shower over large spa bath which was a little awkward for us getting in and out but it was not a negative overall. this is also a residential accommodation and a dog was barking for a prolonged period on one night. There is also a public courtyard at the entrance to the hotel which had groups of people drinking and being loud at late hours. This is not the fault of the hotel. Staff are friendly and were quick to assist me when i forgot my key. I would consider staying there again if the need arose.

Checked into the hotel, and reception couldn’t be more helpful, I found the room excellent and reception recommended a fantastic place to eat in Chinatown, met the general manager who couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Ended up booking more rooms for my return trip in September. Well done punthill little Bourke 👍

jonte at the front was the absolute sweetest made check in so easy and was interested in what i was doing and my interests they were an absolute angel id genuinely give 5 for them alone but the room was so nice the shower and toiletries were perfect and nice smelling the balcony was a bit sketchy for standing but thats okay apart from that everything else was perfect i would stay here again 10/10

There’s a slight hick up with the room the hotel flooded but puntHill staff were really good and got us another apartment elsewhere in Melbourne. Which was Victoria Market hotel another one Any chains. And the staff are very friendly there as well so it was a very good weekend.

the staff were all awesome! super helpful and accomodating. love that the tv had streaming services on it, all the ammenities were great, room was clean and presentable too. the bathroom door didn’t shut fully but other than that this hotel is great and affordable!
