Hi Jo! Thanks for finding the time in leaving us a review! We love that you love the location. We do overlook the iconic Flinders Street Station which is just a marvellous building itself. Yes, we are right around the corner from the "Coffee Capital of Australia" in DeGrave's Street where you can get amazing breakfasts and brunches! Sorry about the TV.
