This is a great hotel, close to everything, clean and quiet. I had a room overlooking the side street and it was really quiet. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom (I loved the Hunter bathroom supplies).The staff on departure were friendly and helpful. Checkin was efficient and hassle free. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

Staff are really obliging. Gym is very basic. Only has a set of 4kg weights next size is 9 kg and only really big ones after that. Room was very nice - good size King. They fill the fridge with items to buy and no room for our stuff so we had to take out.. Issues are very small. Convenient location - across from Southern Cross station - Coles supermarket 3 min walk and a metro Woolworths in Southern Cross complex - can walk most places - otherwise take the tram. Would come back.

A perfect location for getting around by tram or train, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We did have an issue where the bed sheets were not changed on schedule (Not changed after 5 days when it should be every 3 days) and when we reported this and requested the bedding be changed the desk staff were indifferent and unapologetic.
