Absolutely amazing property, and in the best location. Would stay here as my first option in all of Melbourne again. Room had everything I could possibly need at all, and was the perfect place to stay for a longer trip. Loved the location from the city and the pool area is so special.

Great location for eating out and very quiet .Close to public transport options. We had roadside room and street noise was minimal . We were on first floor and had the old building frontage as the outdoor patio area for our room . Unfortunately it was dirty and not inspiring to use at all . Would recommend asking for floor above 1st if you like more light in your room we did ask to be moved but they couldn’t accommodate request . Stayed 6 nights . Great to have kitchenette in room, didn’t like how shower is not closed in as part of toilet area , no door to seperate from living area . Overall would probably stay again but ask for room on higher floor .

Quite unique design..set up for short stsys..had dishes. Kettle. Nespresso machine..suite quite nice...great patio..suite on 1st floor..not delux but quite spacious..comfortable.

The room was beautiful and fully appointed including coffee maker which is missing in many Australian rooms we have been at. The pool and hot tub were quite nice. We liked the security system and felt very safe leaving out room. We didn't drive in Melbourne as the traffic was epic, so returned out car rental on the way to our hotel. The neighborhood was very loud at night and we had some issues with the room not being cool enough at night. When I awoke at 1 am, I was able to open the door and provide a cooler sleeping area once the noise quieted down.

A lovely new hotel very close to all the inner north action. Super clean, excellent daily service, lovely rooftop pool with several areas for groups to sit and relax. Beautifully appointed with lovely bathroom and kitchen amenities provided
