"The hotel is nice and clean, and has great amenities. The downside is the front desk staff. The two women at the front desk are horrible. They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees at check-in. Their attitudes never improved, I watched others check in throughout the evening, and their attitudes never improved when guests were checking in."

"There are many wonderful places to stay in Melbourne both hotel and Arbnb. As a beach lover I always prefer to be the near the water and if I could move the Courtyard by Marriott to the beach I would. So it is saying alot when I chose to stay here and drive the 10 mins to the beach. Everyone is always nice, place is clean, food is great, and the team takes pride in getting to know their guest personally. Also it is one of the only hotels that has a balcony!!! Love it here!"

"Smells terrible… as soon as the lobby door opens. It hits You right in the face. The hallways are muggy and smelly. As soon as the room door is opened same… smells like a mix of wet dog/cigarette. The laundry is only two washers and two dryers. One dryer broken and One of the washers is about to die too. Sadly thePool was dirty too. "

"This place is fantastic! I highly recommend booking an upstairs room with a king bed—they are spacious, spotless, and incredibly quiet. You’re within easy walking distance of some great restaurants and just three blocks from a 24-hour Wawa gas station, deli and convenience store. For a scenic stroll, check out the street behind the hotel to see the stunning Craftsman-style homes and beautiful trees. The staff is wonderful, but the woman at the front desk is truly a standout—she’s amazing and deserves a serious raise! Great value and a relaxing experience. STAY HERE!"
