"Enjoyed staying here…was kind of a cute boutique hotel…offered a little bit of everything..enjoyed their outdoor patio, the breakfast choices, small bar area"
"I like that this place is privately owned and the see the vision. I'd stay here again but there was a few things I didnt like. The shower hose was ripped and the bathroom door didnt lock and fully close. Also the floors were clean but I dont think mopped. My socks turned black on the bottom while walking around the room."
"I booked our room for 2 days and they said no it just 1 day and charged me 15.00 more than the booked price. And then charge me 10.00 .ore than the 1st night. Most dishonest hotel I've ever delt with. I'll never stay there again.
BE AWARE"
"We enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus for our trip, although the pool was pretty cold. The room was very clean. The staff we interacted with were professional and polite. Our room was quiet at night and we slept very well in our cozy bed. We greatly appreciated the luggage cart provided next to the side door that made unloading and reloading our vehicle so much more convenient. Breakfast was nice, and we loved the waffle maker. The breakfast room is kind of tight for seating, though. We really liked this hotel's convenient proximity to coffee, shopping, highways, and gorgeous downtown Pella. Our only censure is that the cord on the blowdryer was melted in several places pretty severely. Thankfully, I brought my own blowdryer. We did notify the front desk about it. We would definitely stay again."
"Unable to get in after 9p door code sent didn’t work husband called the number door code they were giving didn’t work fortunately people with us had a different code which did work we tried getting in for 30minutes and no front desk staff or staff in the building at all after 9p!! Freaking crazy!!! So only virtual help available and they were worthless"
"Though it's not the Hilton it is a very clean and practical motel. Drive right up to your room. Makes for easy unloading of your luggage. No long walks from the parking lot down a corridor to your room. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Great place to stay if you're going to the Knoxville Speedway. Just a short 30 minute drive. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, soap and shampoo. I highly recommend and we'll stay there again."
