"Great place to stay very central close to everything including train I did not give it a five star because the rooms are not sound proof you could hear everything including conversations and noise coming from the street. It can be annoying if you are trying to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise the property is a good one."

"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."

"The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around โ‚ฌ15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe."
