"The hotel itself is quite good with excellent breakfast and very friendly staff to assist with all things required. The rooms are quite nice and spacious. The biggest issue is the area surrounding the hotel and was quite disappointing. We were wanted to be carful of our possessions while walking around as there are thefts which occur which is often I believe and the areas around the hotel reeks in terms of smells in the surrounding street. We had tours all days so we hardly had to do the above but in the brief time we were there we could see what we were warned about. Based on all the above and what worked for you take a decision but surely hotel as a standalone is as it should be for the price it provides."

"We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."
