"Room was nice size but dated with mold in the conner of the shower. Had problems with our dinner order from the bar that was not addressed by staff when notified. But the location to the airport was perfect for catching flights. Had a better meal at an in airport restaurant the second night. "

"A average airport hotel. Clean, comfortable and a great shuttle service to the airport. A bit noisy at night being under the flight path like most hotels in the area. I would stay there again."

"The area this hotel is located in is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Just outside, my phone was stolen out of my hand by a man in a motorcycle riding on the sidewalk. Next day, two men attempted to kidnap my teenage daughter. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS AREA. Both incidents happened in broad daylight. Santiago overall according to the locals is a very dangerous city, and this part of town is on the extreme danger zones. "
