"I tried several times to contact the hotel by phone and no one answered. My friend contacted them finally and found they had billed me for $999.00 for one night after being booked through Expedia and had only booked me for one night instead of the 2 nights I had booked for."

"When i got there at about 4pm, i could not get into the building. There was no human interaction. Eventually I got hold of someone in Quebec City. I was staying in Winnipeg. I got into the building.
