"I was in town for a very stressful meeting early in a.m. Was informed I couldn’t extend checkout (in case my meeting ran over) without paying additional $45 so was forced to checkout before my meeting. So stressful. Adding to that I just wanted a cup of coffee on my way out at 7:30 a.m. The coffee had run out!! "

"Had no power and is refusing to give me a refund because I could not stay there with my daughter that was scared. She was petrified the lady at the front when you came in so the doors do not lock due to the power being out."

"The room was so dirty and outdated. There were food splatters on the wall, stains on the carpet. The owner tried charging $80 more for a weeks stay then what Expedia was showing when I first called. There is no continental breakfast, there was a chain in the toilet. The list goes on but my pics speak for themselves."

"First room smelled like cigarettes. The second had stains on the white sheets and comforter. Bathroom sink was cracked. We only had two bath towels, when I asked for more bath towels, wash cloth and hand towels I did not receive any. The TV remote control did not work, when I told employee she said she come and look at it but never did."
