Premier Hotel Cabin Melton Constable

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel as it was nicely presented and the facilities had everything i needed. Location was good for my business appointments. The Gentleman(Italian i think) who worked afternoons/evenings was a true old school professional. Courteous, humorous and a great host. Sadly the only thing a little lacking was breakfast service and overall quality of cooked food. Breakfast sausage overcooked and general items unseasoned. Hunters chicken dry and overcooked. However the burger was very good."

"Lovely stay"

"Clean room, nice and quiet as requested. I booked an Executive double, which turned out to be a twin with two singles beds pushed together which I was not expecting, unfortunately this made the bed not all that comfortable as I kept waking in the night feeling slightly wedged in the gap that would form between the two mattress’s ! Therefore I had to try to make myself sleep on one side only, so effectively I had to sleep in a single bed in an executive double room, which I was not overly impressed about. Had I been made aware that this would be the case I would have booked a single room or standard double. Other than the bed issue, the Hotel itself is absolutely Beautiful and the staff very polite and helpful, I will definitely be back but won’t be paying for an executive room this time (lesson learned) "

"Nice city centre location"

"Arriving at Sprowston Hall it was impressive. However, Room was tucked up a lot of stairs (not told of this at reception) Bed was very uncomfortable, duvet was too small for a double bed - with 2 people in, only 2 pillows (which werent comfortable) - no spare. Room was freezing too. Went to the bar to look at menu and asked for a decaf coffee but male bar staff said he would have to go and get one - very reluctantly-so told him not to bother. Menu at the bar quite restrictuve too. Overall disappointing. "

"Property looks dated and in need of a modern upgrade. The hotel t is clean anc the staff was exceptionally good and helpful The location is great - near the Train Station and good restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful."

"The George Hotel was excellent. It is conveniently situated a short distance from the centre of Norwich. The staff were always cheerful and efficient. We had a ground floor annexe room which was ideal for our dog. "

"Used the pool and spa every morning it was perfect 👌 Breakfast was also perfect "
