"amazing location on river and amazing view from restaurant"

"Love this hotel and love the staff here more. This hotel was the one beacon of light after a long horrible night. After a long day of travel, we got stuck in this city due to a transportation mix up. We were lost, soaking wet, freezing cold in the middle of the night when we showed up here, and the night manager here saved my ass! He let us come in and warm up, and waited patiently while i tried to fix my flight plans for the morning. Then, in my exhausted state, i booked the room for the wrong night. The night man (Farook i think was his name) is an absolute saint of a man. He fixed my reservation, price matched the lower rate that i had for the wrong night, and even dragged a spare twin bed into the room so my brother had a place to sleep that wasnt the floor. God bless this man. The hotel is warm, comfy, has food and a microwave in the lobby and even little cookies in the lounge. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the shower is heavenly. Thank You!!!"

"Outstanding. Superb accommodation, great location, excellent value for money. Won’t hesitate to stay again. Only down side is they don’t provide towels. Adds to weight limit if you are flying. Wouldn’t stop me going again. "

"We stayed one night in this hotel. Overal, we had a nice experience: kind and welcoming staf, simple but clean room, great breakfast. What could be better is the sound isolation between the room and the common areas or the street. "

"It's a very basic hotel close to shopping centers but nothing special, which is probably what one should expect for the price. It's fine for a night but for a vacation, pay a bit more and stay somewhere nice."

"We had early acces to our room, which was good. But there was dust all alongside the walls. The bed was not steady enough, very soft matras. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try have us come back again…"
