The employee seemed new, and checked with the manager, who did NOT come out of the office. No apology. Put a damper on the mood. Meanwhile, the room was fine and the breakfast was really good with scrambled eggs, oatmeal, waffles and the guy running the breakfast resupply was good. Friendly, and on the job. Professional!"
