"The staff was very friendly, property is conveniently located, however the room was not the greatest. The sofa had stains all over it, the room itself seemed dirty. The bed and pillows were VERY comfy and they were clean. We were only staying 1 night and all we really needed was a bed to sleep. So for our purposes it was fine. "

"TV in the room did not work well. I could not turn on/off using remote control. And starbucks cafe manager was not kind and not correct to confirm order. She counted order which I did not order. "

"The breakfast was decent from what I was told, the room was clean although it was definitely due for a deep clean due to some things on the walls. It wasn’t in the BEST area for some things, but an okay walking distance for some restaurants. On the last night there we ordered food. It was 100% delivered as the picture shared indicated this. However, it was gone when we went to get it, (about 30 seconds behind delivery person), and the older gentleman there got hostile when questioned. I do believe our food was taken by that staff member due to his reaction and body language. Other than that, everything else was perfect."
