"Our stay was just OK. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The devil was in the details: while the room was clean, our balcony had a left over, partially consumed water bottle left there. The metal cover that hides the hole in the wall at the base of the shower sprayer was not there. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable to sleep on. Following our first night and use of the provided in-room glasses, the cleaning crew did not replace them with clean glasses. Room service was not available when we attempted to place an order 35 minutes before they closed. Finally, the price of the breakfast buffet for the quality and selection was unreasonably high; over $30 for an adult breakfast (excluding tip) and the food was the same quality one finds at most hotels offering free breakfast buffets. Ordering an actual meal off the menu was no less expensive. I expect to pay a premium when staying at a resort, but I also expect the quality of the resort and its amenities to reflect that premium. In this case, the resort failed to provide fair value for the price of its offerings. "

"The rooms were very spacious and had a kitchen. The room was not very clean when we arrived, the floor was sticky, cleaning stuff was left on the counters. They have coffee for the room but no coffee maker. We asked two days in a row to have room cleaned and fresh towels, which did not happen. There is absolutely zero cell phone service in the hotel. Our phones were is SOS mode the whole time and couldn’t receive calls or texts. Even when we logged into their wi-fi, the signal was incredibly weak. The front desk workers were clueless on so many levels. They were unaware of where the rooms were. They closed the pool early for “maintenance” but no maintenance was being done. Overall, I would not stay here again, even with the large size of the room, didn’t make the stay any better. "

"The apartment was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the AC was not working and they never got it fixed during our stay. We also had problems with the electronic key pad code."
